GCH Suntory Beastie Boy (Charley’s half-brother Adam) looks up at the judge during competition in the ring at the 2011 Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show at Madison Square Garden in New York City last year. He is pictured with Cassandra de la Rosa, exhibitor and co-owner with Raul de la Rosa. Adam won Best of Opposite at Westminster after winning several awards at the 2010 AKC/Eukanuba National Championship in Long Beach, California. Overall, he was #2 in breed for 2010 in the United States. Mr. and Mrs. de la Rosa are founders of Suntory Lhasa Apsos and owners of The Grooming Guru.

Charley visits the Angels of the Waters fountain. On the first day of the new year, Charley rode the subway then walked in Central Park through Strawberry Fields and past the Naumburg Bandshell on his way to Bethesda Terrace. The park was full of people and dogs. He met a lot of them, ran around very fast and was very happy. When he got home, there were some fresh buffalo jerky treats waiting for him. He had a very good day.

Charley visits with his friends at the cleaners. He loves coming here and they are always extremely nice to him. They usually spend several minutes playing with him and practicing high-fives.

Charley visited outside the American Museum of Natural History. There were a lot of people at the museum and Charley made some new friends. He enjoyed walking on this stone bench that encircles landscaping.
